Who Am I?

Professionally,  I run a fitness and aquatics program, teach group fitness, and am a personal trainer. I also have a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition. That being said, food and fitness are clearly two of my favorite things. Problem: my love for food outweighs my love for fitness. I’ve battled the bulge my whole life and am here to share stories, challenges, accomplishments, recipes, and more!

Personally, I love to cook, bake, workout. I like to live my life without saying no to social opportunities unless I have a legitimate conflict; this makes for good stories and new experiences. When I’m bored, I paint my nails, knit scarves, and experiment with making recipes healthier.

I will post healthy recipes, nutrition advice, and fitness tips and adventures that I ensue. Maybe I’ll throw in a scarf picture here and there. Also, I’m the pickiest banana eater that you’ll ever meet!
